When it comes to the choice of menstrual products, many prefer the brand they started using when they were young. Therefore, it is crucial to early on be perceived as the obvious choice. How do you achieve that?

Our mission for Libresse primarily focuses on empowering women – whether it's through social media, influencers, or campaigns. We have the Nordic lead for influencer marketing and always-on content on both Instagram and TikTok. Here, we guide, educate, and destigmatize menstruation in line with Libresse's overarching goal to break taboos and stigmas surrounding menstruation.

In 2023, we launched the initiative "Befriend your body" – a concept about becoming friends with your body at a young age. The first activation under this concept took place with football star Magdalena Andersson during the Gothia Cup, the world's largest youth football tournament. Together, we guided Nordic youth teams on how to train to feel good during the menstrual cycle.
